Important Party Info:
- Please read our birthday party policies and email us if you have any questions prior to booking.
- Everyone who enters the park needs and admission ticket. The base party package includes up to 10 children’s tickets and 10 adults tickets. Tickets are valid the day of your party only. There are no adjustments if you have fewer guests in attendance. Adults may not be substituted for children and vice versa.
- Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge; add-on fees apply.
- Outside vendors (balloon artists, face painters, decorators, etc.) are not permitted.
- We do not allow anything to be adhered to the walls in party rooms. Our decor must be left in place.
- You may bring MYLAR balloons; latex balloons are not permitted for the safety of our animals.
- In the event of inclement weather, cold temps, ice/snow/wind, pony rides may not be available. Other add-ons such as a private animal encounter or moon bounce may be available.
- Your party area is reserved for 2 hours. Please remove personal belongings, food items, etc. promptly at the end of your 2 hours. Your admission tickets are valid until park closing, but all items need to be cleared from your party space at the end of your 2 hours.
- From mid-November through early January, the larger indoor party room is unavailable due to our Christmas event. Our smaller room is available and accommodates ~30 guests.
- Should you choose to book a second date as a “backup,” your deposit for the date that you don’t use will be forfeited. We do not refund or apply deposits for extra dates to your party as we lose the ability to book that party slot.
